She is Everywhere

She is in the summer breeze.  She is in the air he breathes  She is everywhere.

She’s in red skies which promise bliss,  In anything he can’t resist.  She is everywhere.

She is in the sun’s warm rays  Which melt his mountain of malaise.  She is in the ocean blue  And in the clouds he spies her too.  She is everywhere.

She is in the sweetest juice of berries, cherries, fresh, ripe fruit.

She hides inside his coffee froth, the chocolate that floats on top.

She’s in the words of every song,

On every road he walks along.

She is everywhere!

She dances in the sparkling stream, in fireworks and soft moonbeams.

She’s on the front of magazines,

She knots his thoughts and fills his dreams.

She is everywhere.

She’s in the blood which fills his veins

Which burns and yearns to meet again.

She’s in the anecdotes he tells

She’s every wish in every well.

She’s out of reach, beyond his grasp

Each day harder since she passed.

But these feelings will always last

For she is everywhere.
